Ranch Redux

A major renovation of a classic brick ranch in Southern Pines, executed in close collaboration with the clients and their design vision. The project expanded the home's footprint while carefully integrating new construction with the existing structure. Particular attention was given to details such as closely matching the existing hardwood flooring and thoughtfully incorporating a former exterior chimney into the finished interior.
